BLISS is the marriage and family support ministry of New Life Baptist Church in Jay, Maine. The goal of BLISS is to be a blessing to the husbands and wives in our local communites. There are so many challenges that people face today. It’s often overwhelming and a lot of folks don’t know where to turn for help. Let’s be real about this. Nobody knows everything, but there are caring people who are willing to point you in the right direction. You’ll find people like that at BLISS.

At BLISS, we look toward meeting the needs of couples. We are all adults. Our discussions will center around topics that will strengthen 1) the relationship of the husband and wife, and 2) the relationships between parents and children. It would not be unusual to deal with home or work related stress, problems with kids at home and in school, finances, budgeting, debt, intimacy, and more. All that we do, we want it to be with a decorum that pleases the Lord. Our goal is to make your marriage and your family stronger!
